Bailey is the owner and operator of Dynamis Rehab and Performance. She completed her undergraduate degree at UNC Chapel Hill. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Elon University in 2021. She is also a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.

She opened Dynamis Rehab and Performance because she wanted to provide the kind of care she believes everyone deserves: one-on-one, personalized care that is focused on finding the root cause of pain and dysfunction. She uses evidence-based practices to make informed decisions and strives to keep each patient performing at their best.

When Bailey is not working, you can find her out hiking with her dog Harvey, playing golf, or trying out new recipes.
